Alias Group and Neometria invite students to a paid internship
Alias Group and federal developer Neometria (part of Alias Group) have launched a new corporate program "NEOStart". As part of the project, senior students and university graduates have the opportunity to undergo a paid internship in the structure of the holding. "NEOStart" will allow young professionals to gain not only new knowledge and professional skills, but also a significant increase in scholarships from the employer.
Mentors specially attached to interns, as well as department heads, will help to adapt to the workplace and share their experience. To date, more than 10 young specialists have already participated in Neostart. After completing the program, the best interns will have the opportunity to continue their careers and join the staff of the company.
"I am glad to have the opportunity to be part of such a large company, which is one of the leaders of the construction market not only in the Krasnodar Territory, but also in Russia. At the moment I don't have any work experience in my specialty yet, so I thank Neometria for the opportunity. I am sure that the internship will help me acquire the necessary skills and professional competencies. I would like to stay in the company as a full–time employee after the end of the program," Elmira Golovinova, associate lawyer of the Department of Contractual and judicial claims Work of the federal developer Neometria, shared her impressions.
Especially for interns, Alias Group's Training and Development Department has developed step-by-step internship plans for each direction that will help to build the workflow most effectively. Also, specialized interactive programs have been created on the corporate educational portal "Neoacademy", where students will report on the progress of internships, complete assignments, study e-courses and leave feedback.
"NEOStart" is a great opportunity for interns to prove themselves and gain real professional experience, combining study with work. Current tasks help young professionals to reveal their best qualities, and the acquired skills will become an advantage for them in the labor market. The most active and talented interns, if there is a vacancy in the company, have a chance to continue cooperation," said Anna Shamkiy, head of the Training and development department of the federal developer Neometria.
